    The problem is our educational mentality, which is about passing exams rather than being analytical, so we don't think, and we just listen to people from elsewhere telling us the bloody obvious.

    In most of the advance nations transhipments are allowed and the same should be in Ghana. Freight charges are also extremely very expensive with Happag Loyd, Zein cargoesto North America especially Canadian ports
