  If this minister is considered a role model for public servants in Ghana to be award such a position then we are in big trouble. Imagine other public servants arriving FOUR HOURS late for work or other functions. Not to mention the wasted HOURS of productivity. Assuming there were 1000 people waiting for this so called public servant for 4 hours, that's 4000 hours of wasted time and loss of productivity. He should be fired. This behavior should NOT be acceptable in any government.
