INMATES NEED UPGRADED FACILITIES AS WELL. SOME INMATES HAVE BEEN WRONGFULLY CAGED AND HAVE BEEN IN PRISON FOR SO MANY YEARS, ITS SAD, IF YOU HEAR SOME OF THE STORIES OF SOME INMATES, YOU WILL KNOW THAT ANYBODY CAN BE IN PRISO ...
