Terkper is a scapegoat, who fills the air with noise while Ghana slouches inexorably into destitution and bankruptcy.

1. Physically remove all corrupt government officials from office. That should save the government considerable amount of money equivalent to Ghana's annual external borrowing.
2. Plug all leaks in funding government projects by giving infrastructural and other government contracts on competive basis to the most effecient bidders, and not to party cronies.
3. Sell or government official houses and cars and provide allowances only to deserving officials. Check international best practices on this matter in Germany, USA, UK and other countries. In the UK, the Prime Minister is often seen going to the office by tube (underground railway). In Ghana, every Dick, Tom and Harry has a government motorcade, which is also a nuisance to the public.
4. Change the Ministry of Youth and Sports to a self-financing national sports authority so that we do not have to fly out hard-borrowed foreign exchange to the Black Stars to fund their appetite for designer clothes.
5. Suspend salaries to the judiciary till Her Lordship the Chief Justice completes sorting them out with their corrupt culture. This may however adversely affect the goat and fowl trade in Accra Central and in Tamale which may lead to unemployment in the livestock sector.
6. Pay better producer prices for cocoa and other agricultural commodities to avoid these commodities being smuggled out of Ghana for sale in neighboring countries, This will save the Revenue which the government is losing as a result of massive smuggling across the border.

WHY BECAUSE NEVER TRUST GHANA AND AFRICA LEADERS WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY DISBURSMENT OR BORROWING. POLAND WILL PAY BACK EVEN WITHOUT RESOURCES WHILES GHANA AND AFRICA WITH HUGE RESOURCES MISUSED THESE FUNDS EVEN NOT ABLE TO PAY BACK BECAUSE OF USELESS CORRUPT, GREED LEADERS WHO ONLY THINK OF THEIR SELFISH INTEREST. WHILES THEIR PEOPLE SUFFERS AS A NATION HOOK TO SUCH DEBTS INCLUDING UNBORN GENERATION. BORROWING IS NOT THE ANSWER BUT LOCALLY GENERATED REVENUE IS KEY. SUCH AS TAXES, EXPORT ECONOMY BY ADDING VALUE TO LOCAL RAW MATERIALS FOR EXPORT, PRUDENT IN SPENDING BY GOVERNMENT, LOCAL DCES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES INTERNALLY GENERATED FUNDS, EVERYONE PAYING THEIR FAIR SHARE OF TAXES. WORLD PRIVATELY EQUITY FIRMS DON'T CARE TO GIVE BORROWING MONEY TO THESE NATIONS INCLUDING GHANA BUT AT WHAT COST ARE WE AS A NATION WILL CONTINUE TO BURDEN OUR YOUTH FOR UNANCCOUNTABLE BEHAVIER OF MISUSE OF THESE FUNDS

Fiscal discipline but with policies that will stimulate and encourage the employment generating and value adding private sector to grow and flourish. Some of the tax policies seriously hinder industrial growth. If industries do not grow and grow fast then when do they become strong enough to compete and export to a vibrant and cut throat competitive international market. We need to wake up a a country as we are just roaming around in the dark expecting that miracles will just happen.
