    NDC hardened criminals like Tsatsu Tsikata and Konadu Agyeman were left out to go scot free. Then Tsikata turned and sided with Woyome to steal 51m cedis, the most notorious criminal in living memory

    We need a parole system in Ghana where by released prisoners will be monitored by someone for years. We also need gps tracking systems put on the ankles of criminals to monitor their movement.

    Tag them with GPS and monitor them on 2 yrs probation. When they commit any crime during that period you double their original punishment. Justice for all is a privilege you can't cancel.

    Whoy will pay for teh GPS sensors and the GPS service providers. Remember that both are not free - they cost money, especially the services.

    He is talking about real, sentenced criminals, killers like Agyeman (Geeman) and his friends. Those men were not in remand. They had been sentenced and later pardoned by Ex-Prez ...
