The truth of the matter is that majority of Ghanaians do not use their brain. They do not think because the educational system does not encourage them to think. The cerebral cortex that plays a very important role in consciousness is underdeveloped in most Ghanaians. Unfortunately, our schools have never been equipped to develop this part of the brain.
It is the main reason why when engaged in an argument - I mean, critical thinking, a Ghanaian would rather insult you to cover his/her ignorance. The part of the brain that is given to reasoning and analysis (consciousness) is underdeveloped or perhaps dead. These Ghanaians have no ability to solve problems, which is a critical necessity for nation building. Then we wonder why our country is underdeveloped.
