Let us also agree they have grossly mismanaged at a level that is worse than any we have seen ever. If they had confronted the truth and made the people aware of the facts, it could have been excused. It was promises upon promises with no delivery. You can't fool all the people all the time.

  I often wonder why Ghanaians are so overwhelmed by the notion of attracting foreign investors. Meanwhile,our rich citizens keep large foreign accounts in these foreign countries, find foreign currency in Ghana to educate our children abroad.
  
  The foreign investor now raises funds from banks abroad which hold our investments and brings it to Ghana to make money. The foreign investor,who did not originally have funds himself, borrows from institutions in which our rich men have deposited their saving(fair savings or ill-gotten).
  
  Whiles others try to do the reverse, we in Ghana believes that our solution lies in a foreigner helping us to develop. SOME SORT OF MISPLACED PRIORITY!!!!

  The fact is when you have incompetent government with ineffective leadership, they think money is the key to their incompetent decision making. This is the reason why ndc government have been borrowing money with high interest and have nothing to show for it. Our current ndc government is as useless as shit paper with no effective ideas, combined with incompetent ministers.
