“Often when the postings are done, it takes the ministry too long to process their data, so the nurses stay for a protracted time without salaries and that is what is irking the nurses”.
So when did John Dramani Mahama and the responsible sector ministers and the relevant agencies realize this was an issue that needed to be addressed before the Nurses embarked on strike, when the Nurses had even prompted John Dramani Mahama and the relevant ministries over the years, that their salaries had not been paid?
Is John Dramani Mahama saying, they have the data to post them to the various public health institutions across the country, that data they know, but they do not have the data to put them on the payroll and this is the candidate the NDC party and Johnson Asiedu Nketia wants to lead Ghana in 2016 as President of this country?
