He has managed to use his ill-gotten wealth to control the minds which should have been productive to spew mischief.

There are very clear bias and abuses in court that judges carry out. An investigative arm to rapidly study and demand answers from judges on their violations of legal proceedings in court would go a long way to bring some sanity back.

The numerous judgement debts would not have been possible without collusion with the other public servants, all the judgements against the grain of evidence we have witnessed in recent times and those involving so called money bags were all done under and on your watch. In a matured democracy you should have ben asked to resign if you are not ashamed enough to do so.

If someone spends millions to get into the school and graduate, how do you expect them to recover their money?? They will bend the legal system to make money. !! Ghana needs a clean educational system that does admission on merit. Fee Paying students are given preference over intelligent talented chaps... Thats where we are now.... Whom you know is the order of the day.... When during interviews you are asked: DO you have any relative who is a lawyer?? Its sulks.... They know the way out of this but they simply dont have the balls to make the needed changes...

In a more civilised jurisdiction, the first thing the CJ should do amidst all these scandalous ongoings would be to hang her gloves. How can we the ordinary citizens of Ghana be confident that she herself is clean and there would be no cover up one way or the other. For instance by intentionally using the wrong people and process to deal competently with the issues authorities manage to derail the justice system.

Corruption is every where in our present day society because there are no laid down laws and institutions to check and arrest corrupt officials be it Government or private individuals or organizations in our country.Even officials who are responsible for checking corruption are more corrupt than the word corruption.Take for example an investor who has established a company in Ghana and involving in under invoicing /over-invoicing and has been under paying tax to the Government. Who are the people helping this investors to cheat the Government of Ghana, they are fellow Ghanaians. An investor is transferring money illegally by ordering spare parts for his production plant in Ghana and inflating the cost of the spares when the spare parts arrived in Ghana. There are so many corrupt practices going on every where in Ghana.Who is to stop all these corruption and injustices. We Ghanaians are not patriotic.Unless we change our attitude,we will continue to be exploited by foreign investor.How many Ghanaians have invested in Lebanone,India,China,Britain,America and other countries. It is even more difficult for a Ghanaian to establish a company in Nigeria and other west africa countries in the sub region.Here we are,Nigerians are establishing banks and modern companies in Ghana especially in the petroleum industry.What type of people are we in Ghana.What is the future of this country and what type of legacy we are leaving for our unborn generations. It is a total disgrace ..............Nkrumah laid a solid foundation for this country but our present day rulers sold everything because they could not manage them.They sold all the factories Nkrumah built for Ghana.
