Injustice Dery should just shut up and submit himself to the law instead of resorting to frivolous claims and illegal defence. He can delay his dismissal and prosecution by going to the Supreme Court to stall proceedings against him, but he cannot delay them forever and the earlier he withdrew all the cases and appeared before the Judicial Committee investing him the better.

I hope the court ordered him to pay cost for bringing frivolous claim against innocent and law abiding citizens and organisations. They should claim their cost of appearance and defence from him.
