The reality is in the absence of that kind of capacity, you have a spectacular disaster and cataclysmic toppling over of the cliff.
That is why Mahama said I am going for credibility, confidence, technical expertise and financial bailout out.
That in a nutshell sums up the collapsed state of the economy.

WHY can't the govt CREATE MONEY...at least for INFRA-STRUCTURE ?? Many countries have gone this way to ACCELERATE infra structural development.......USA,Germany,Brazil, Russia ,CHINA, Venezuela,India etc.

Instead of BORROWING from Banks, the govt should CREATE HER OWN MONEY for Internal development
Afterall, the BANKS ALSO create money OUT OF THIN AIR but lend out with heavy interest!!!
