Cases like the many Judgment Debt ones and the Murder of the Ya Naa and Mobila demand vigorous re-investigation to see who sabotaged their successful adjudication to let the culprits go free.

I bet some State Attorneys and/or Police Personnel would be found to have deliberately acted in one way or another to deny the victims Justice.
