What are we doing to ourselves as a nation? So you are going to waste time and resources producing empty graduated whose marketability will depend on which government is in power? This madness started when the barbers and butchers of the PNDC decided that we needed more of the same - hairdressers, tailors and call girls for our economy. That was how they saw Ghana competing with the rest of the world. Now, they are attempting to give some semblance of credibility to the stupidity by flooding the country with all sorts of ill-equipped political tertiary institutions, producing all types of unemployable "graduates"

Do you know how the University of Ghana started? Humble beginnings just like many famous universities the world over
We should be applauding the vice chancellor and his team and the pioneer students for their tremendous efforts the start what is potentially a great university

Please, for Christ sake, they are talking about higher academic education and not politics. This seasoned Professor in Public Health with his team have made assessment of the school and concluded they're ready to run MPH, what is your problem about that? This man led a team to establish School of Public at University of Ghana, Legon where i did my Masters; also, the Navrongo Research Centre. That's why he has been given the opportunity to achieve the same feat at UHAS, HO. Please, don't let's get involve in issues of this magnitude just because of our political affiliation even if they're above us....
