All he knows is to eat, sleep, attend funerals and other useless events, support ndc/npp, waste time at church to listen to false preachers and practice a religion which enslaved his own kinfolk, rip off his neighbor, and engage in all kinds of unproductive activities. As a result of our stupidity we have leaders who are stealing the masses big time and due to our ignorance we'll keep on voting for the same people who come to deceive us with democracy and yet steal from us because by nature we are daft and archaic.

First, the Director is a Nigerian (name)and so one does not see any comparative data about the countries in the Region about the awareness of the R2P programme. Secondary, Governments in the Region may, like to keep their citizens away from R2P in other that the International bodies will not hear complaints from citizens. And it is stated, insufficient funding means no cohesive research can be carried out and nepotism and corruption and dissipation and diversion of funds can be the order of the day. Shoddy Report.

It revolves round the sovereignty of states and states explicitly that sovereignty is not an absolute right. It also adds that if states do not protect their citizens from mass murder, genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity, then the international community will step in. War is a last resort.
