  I think the police in Ghana are very stupid because which such things happen the police can't make any arrest. And if by God's grace the people caught them and killed them, then you look out to arrest them. I'm appealing to the public, don't send any thief to the police, kill them whenever you get them. After all look at the judicial body collecting bribes.
