Woman,I can understand your frustration.even a smaller country like Luxembourg does not practice central government. I keep asking myself why are afraid of Federal state governance which would enable fast development and good competitions among the regions.I wonder our chiefs are just watching the selfish politicians to enrich themselves whiles our lands,resources, rivers and so on been given to aliens to do what's ever they want in the name of (politrice).we were governing ourselves before the white man came but we drop our own and took their corrupt system of government.the DCE should be given more power or be turn to a regional governor but needs to be elected by the people in the region not to be impose on them by the President.

All the party-appointed personnel at the local level are a bunch of party cronies, crass idiots and raunchy thieves. In one case I know, the lady DCE made the husband form a company through which all districts contracts - big and small - are routed.
