How will the government pay for this free education when most schools in Ghana are crumbled or crumbling, when there isn't even basic amenities like toilets, furniture, athletic facilities, equipment, vehicles, etc. Instead of promising for free education, the government could ensure that the schools have all the stuff that I mentioned, and then let the parents be part of it by paying for tuition and books. If the government is in good standing financially, and able to meet its obligations domestically and internationally, then I would make sense to have free education. However, it doesn't make sense to borrow money so that you can provide free education for everyone. That is a dumb decision.
