Some of these fights are the results of corruption (also known as chop chop). When there is improper accountability and the people demand answers, what they get is fight fight.

I am very suprise to read this put- down comments in the middle of such a successful event. what does that got to do with some ppl who tried to organize but end up in dispute, are you jealous of those ppl, for me I am very happy and proud for you as a Ghanaian, but what this kind of comments indicates is a deep seated insecurity, jealosy, and inferiority complex. see yourself as Ghanaians and be receptive to other ppl of Ghana, this isolationism ideology imposed on yourselves for all these years have outgrown its usefulness...

If anyone has inferiority complex, it is evidently you. You had assumed that the comment you responded to had been made by an Ewe. Guess what? Konadu the man who made the unflattering comment is akan, specifically akyem. Regarding isolationism, Ewes are the most traveled and most likely to settle among people they share little in common with. They're most likely to learn the language wherever they settle, something your people never do. Go look in the mirror whenever isolationism and inferiority complex pop up in your head.

Thanks so much for keeping the heritage alive.
my opinion however, is that high quality and aggressive policy on education and technological education and transfer to the homeland is key and very crucial to our rise and to be able to hold our own against our equals but most crucial is to established and pursue a more aggressive policy on business and entrepreneurship development with particular focus on wealth creation in Ewe land. this should not in anyway be compromised whatsoever...
an in so doing, it behoves on all Ewes in the diaspora to work tirelessly to attract investments to the motherland using and identifying whatever resources are available at home..
In this regard CEANA, should note that just building schools here and health centres there won't help much until wealth creation and entrepreneurship is given top priority,
to command authority and total respect it takes money so let's arise and build..
finally, we also should not loose sight of the fact that we need to grow and build the Ewe language into a strong, formidable and vibrant working instrument to rally our people along to prosperity and greatness... God bless u all.

Mr. Adzadu, how did you arrive at the conclusion that CEANA 2015 will go down as one of the best? What's the metric? Fun and merrymaking? What about accomplishments on the ground for Eweland? What will this convention achieve for the people in your village? That should be the measure of success, not some emotive declaration of that CEANA 2015 is one of the best

Congratulations to all stakeholders!

Frank, you're a stakeholder too. You should look beyond eating abolo, yakayake, akple and fetridetsi and making merry bi-annually. Is that all you envisage for CEANA?
