“You inherited an economy with the highest resources in the history of Ghana. Tax resources, four times higher than the NPP; Cocoa, three times higher; Gold, three times higher; you have borrowed more than all the governments put together and still we can’t feel a better economy, then you have failed. Mahama deserves F in economic management,” Bawumia asserted.

Speaking in an interview with Nsempawura on a Koforidua-based Eastern FM, the former Deputy Governor said for instance, the NDC government inherited a total debt of GHC 9.5 billion in 2009 and has increased it to GHC 90 billion within six years.

By the end of the year, Ghana’s debt will hit about US$ 40 billion looking at the current borrowing trend, he predicted.

With the sum of US$ 40 billion, he said, a good management team will allocate just US$ 2 billion to each region for development but the contrary is happening under the NDC government.

In economic management, every government with such an amount of money should be able to pay nurses, teachers, doctors, NHIS, and take care of all the social intervention programmes in Ghana, Dr. Bawumia analysed.

According to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, President Mahama and the NDC government can best be described as a “toxic mixture of incompetent and corruption which has exploded into ‘Wahala’ and Suffering”.

He feared for the future of the Ghanaian youth under the NDC administration, and challenged the youth to join the NPP to recapture power from the NDC in the 2016 General elections.

Just yesterday, I wrote that court clerks are the key to the rot in the judiciary, now this is corroborated.

Bring your understanding to the person whose responsibility has been for the nation to occupy the intense stress of corruption, lawlessness, crime, political instability and economic retrogression.To claim yourself the president with intention of bloating voters register and bribing a supreme court judge is not only the beginning of where "pepeni born ayigbes" always come from but an intriguing new face of democracy where "pepeni born ayigbes" has gotten it all wrong. A man's conduct imperatively poject his actions so there is no way the incriminatory conduct of the foolish president can't reflect the direction the nation seems to be turning. The figures tell us the majority of the corrupt judges were "pepeni born ayigbes" and it explains the seemingly of the scrumbling and the occupation of judicial faculties, police departments, military, politics, financies etc. are without any reason under corruption. Now that all have seen the height of the pepeni's self adjudication and implications to the common system of our democracy, we need to define pepeni's prejudice with respect to the constitutional laws under same democracy which we find them many around. Kwame Nkoromah was smart but pepeni has not been calculative, there should be a reason to follow ones footsteps!

The junior lawyers no matter how the prepare their cases, the judges would consider them as nonentities and disregard their submissions. AS FOR JUSTICE QUIST, HE HAS NOT SEEN ANYTHING YET. They have taken bribes and made unqualified people become chiefs against the customs of many communities. They have taken bribes and made innocent souls loose their property. They have taken bribes and given bogus judgments that have driven otherwise genuine investors out of Ghana. They have taken bribes and freed thieves like Woyome however they are quick to give jail sentences to those who steal cassava and chicken. These people are damn crooks and nobody should address them as Justices, because they do not know the colour of justice.

IT IS INDEED SAD AND A PITY THESE JUDGES, MAGISTRATES AND COURT OFFICIALS HAD TO USE THE LAWCOURTS AS THEIR OWN PROPERTIES TO AMASS WEALTH FOR THEMSELVES.

ONE WONDERS WHY THE CHIEF JUSTICE SHOULD EVEN ASK THE DISCIPLIARY COMMITTEE OF THE JUDICIAL SERVICE TO INVESTIGATE THE CRIMINAL ACTIVITIVES OF THESE JUDGES, MAGISTRATES AND COURT OFFICIALS.

ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN EXPOSEED OF THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, THESE MEN AND WOMEN HAVE TO BE ARRESTED IMMEDIATLY, CHARGED AND PROSECUTED AT SPECIAL COURTS IN THE COUNTRY.

THE QUESTION ARISES, WHO WILL BE THE JUDGES WHO ARE TO BE APPOINTED TO TRY THESE CRIMINALS, THIEVES AND CROOKS

THE PEOPLE AND THE STATE OF GHANA HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ON APPOINTING JUDGES THAT ARE FRIENDS FRINDS AND SYMPATHESIERS OF THESE ANTAGONISTS AND ANTI ELEMENTS IN THE COUNTRY.

IT IS ALSO TIME THE STATE ATTORNIES ARE ALSO KEPT ON THE WATCH FOR THE MANY MANIPULATIONS THAT TAKES PLACE AT THE LAW COURTS OF GHANA.

THIS IS SIMPLY TOO MUCH FOR THE COUNTRY FOR THE DISADAVANTAGE AND LESS FORTUNATE TO BEAR IN THE COUNTRY.

GHANAS ECONOMIC BACKWARDNESS, UNDERDEVELOPMENT AND EXTREME POVERTY HAVE ALL BEEN CREATED BY OFFICIALS APPOINTED TO POSITIONS IN THE COUNTRY.

HOW LONG SHOULD THIS BE ALLOWED TO GO ON.

WE CANNOT GET AHEAD-FALLING BEHIND.

Ghana will have no future when officials appointed to positions use their positions to abuse the laws of the country.

This should also be a moment of joy fo those abused by the law courts of Ghana.

How can an average Ghanaian earning less than $300 take care of a wife, two kids (one in secondary school and another in varsity), build a house and on top too take care of other extended family members in the village??? This does not sound practical in any virtuous society. However, in Ghana this is a common practice. Hence, one may ask where the extra income is coming from. I am very disappointed that now everyone seem to be pointing fingers at the "unlucky judges", but forgetting about the fact that we are the very same people paying bribes to police officers, headmasters, registrars, custom officials, vehicle license officers, etc. Indeed, it is a vivid fact that corruption is part of the Ghanaian culture and until we get good leaders to purge our society, our beloved country will see little progress.

Let me state here without equivocation, without mincing of words that those who control and manage the national purse are not doing so responsibly and honestly. No measure is too big to be undertaken by a responsible administration whose daily reality is unadulterated accountability to the people of Ghana, not just in words but in deeds. Such leadership would invest in close circuit and hidden cameras. If people work in an environment where they know they are being monitored they will be more careful. If we computerize our office system administration and couple this with cameras more people will show more honesty and commitment to their jobs. And if we should introduce the time clock at every work environment productivity will increase substantially. These solutions are not new. They will not solve or prevent every corruption and workplace dishonesty but they will put a lid on them. They're not unknown to most of our leaders. They just don't want to do it because most of them have their hands dipped in the cookie jar too. The exposure of unbridled corruption by these HC judges should be a wake up call, both for the slumbering and dishonest elected leaders who have all turned a blind eye to corruption and the general public. Rawlings murdered 3 High Court Judges for doing their work diligently without fear or favor. What should we do to several High Court Judges who would rather take bribes than do their jobs?

Some Ghanaians lack education on the judicial system. Though, they might have a good case behinds court but they feel unseasy because their good case probably might have turned against them. That's the reason they show kindness to the lawyers.however, it's the lawyers who have to tell their clients that they have a good case and therefore there's no need to pay out money.

This is all the black man expressing sympathy when the saying goes like the evil men do lives after them,do we actually think deep about the meaning or we take it as a phrase?the bribe money belongs to the poor and vulnerable including orphans and most deprived communities of this country where a vehicle can not go and privilege few who made it through education can steal money belonging to the state and collect bribes for the jobs they go to the bank at the end of every month to receive their salaries for and when this ill gotten money bring them sicknesses and make their children drunks and drug addicts you again fall on us to remember them in prayers without thinking that we prayed to God Almighty to expose them already.Just go through the list of politicians children and you ll realize that most of them ve gone wayward,some study abroad and come home without certificates but as drug addicts and yet they won't stop,they build big mansions and end up with stroke and cancer this shall continue until they stop and help build the infrastructure needs of our dear country to make it a better place like elsewhere,the time has come for all civil society groups to wake up and education the citizenry of their right,we should and must encourage people to record wrong doing and crimes and bring them to the public domain to weed this country of thief corrupt government officials,the Chief Justice should make video and audio recordings admissible evidence in our courts.Even Ajet Nassam made mention of the fact that this days of recordings he was afraid but yet was too stupid when his trusted agent and partner in crime told him the tigger eye was a clean ally,we should also look at the corruption of political power like doing everything possible to remain in power,a very good and bad example is Lauren Gbagbo now seeking leave from prosecution on health grounds of course it was turned down,I'm sometimes tempted to believe that education do not answer all our questions otherwise a whole history professor like Gbagbo out of greed forgot that no black man has ever won a fight against the white man in global politics,if he had handed over peacefully the story would've been different today,now where re the likes of Kwasi Pratt who at the heat of events went there to interview him and argued that he had 11,000 strong army?he even for got that the army he Kwasi Pratt referred to were being held in trust for the Ivorian people,now the former president is calling for help and mr Pratt is so faraway from him.John Mahama I hope is learned a big lersons from this and must be ready to handover when the time comes.
