    If the judges freed criminals, chances are they jailed some people who were innocent. Yes, every case they handled MUST be reviewed for the sake of Justice.

    The state cannot foot all the bills for the review you are talking about although is a good idea. I think we should rather think of how to fund the review than leaving everything on the state

    Dude,why not if Ghana government can easily pay unnecessary judgments debts to foreign companies. what's about her own citizens who for some poor reasons are suffering can not get equal right. come again.

    Dabo,you appear to be very narrowed minded and have no clue about how laws are dispensed.Once a judge, jury or any other person connected to a caseis compromised the entire case must be reviewed for possible illegality .

    Mr Aning I gree with you but in part... the cases must be reviewed at the expense of these rouges not at the expense of the state. This is the minimum we can request.

    The concerned Judges be made to pay to serve as a deterrent. The state cannot be responsible for their greed and avarice which has brought this issue.
