If the judges freed criminals, chances are they jailed some people who were innocent. Yes, every case they handled MUST be reviewed for the sake of Justice.

Dr Emmanuel Kwesi Aning of Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Center is calling for review of all cases handled by the judges. This sounds fair, but the right thing is that The Chief Justics and her Council should immediately call for the annulment of all cases tried by all the Currupt Judges. And defend counsels/attorneys should fill motions for the annulment immediately.
People who are calling for pardoning should reason well before making such unacceptable comments which has no place in the rule of law. Dr Okudjeto should re-examine his comments of not publishing the Video for public consumption. The Public have the right to know and judge for themselves these mess created by people trusted to apply the Rule of Law. If it is a criminal act or civil act, the people should judge before the so called "committees" review and come out with their own version of the law.
Anas should have nothing to do also with the Judges in any form of cross-examination. The information is adequate for the Attorney General and his Prosecutors to take the lawful and rightful decision. The President of Ghana or any body has nothing to do with any act of interferances. The whole World is watching what Ghana stands for in such matter like this.

I second the motion put forward by Dr Aning. All trials handled by the indicted should be revisited to see if there were clear cases of miscarriages of justice. Of particular interest to the public will be that of the infamous Woyome case, a retrial should be ordered as soon as possible. On the question of funding, apart from selling off the assets of these judges to defray part of the cost of such trials, the government should introduce a one-off levy on tobacco and alcohol to fund this mammoth excursion. Our law enforcement agencies have been caught sleeping on the job, they should bow their heads in shame when someone else seems to be doing a better work for which they were employed to do. Who has funded the Tiger Team thus far? Not only should the government compensate them for their losses, they should be adequately funded by the taxpayer to root out such evil practices in our society. It is clear our judiciary has been compromised and for that reason the chief justice should fall on her own sword!

It is a big disgrace when our judicial system is so rotten to the core. K4 made sure he packed the courts with such characters and that's why all cases brought against NPP are all adjudicated in favor of NPP. That is why they always tell people to go to court if they are not satisfied with something.
K4 came and destroyed Ghana.

Dr Anning is absolutely right that all cases heard by theses corrupt judges should be reviewed by the Attorney General and the Judiciary. In addition that, those who lost cases before the corrupt judges should also consider appealing. If they decide to appeal, it should at the cost of the state (judiciary) because the state failed to exercise proper judicial oversight on the work of the judges. In fact, the extent of the corruption is such that, those who lost cases before these judges could sue the state for compensation.
If liaison persons who arranged the payments of corrupt money could be identified, they could also be sued for compensation.

It is sad to see the sentencing regime skews to the highest bidder. This was alleged in the investigative piece, which is yet to be premiered, by Anas Aremeyaw Anas. By this revelation it is highly probable that innocent souls (who were not able to “pay” for or unaware that the system could be compromised to “earn” their freedom) have been incarcerated by some of the judges mentioned in the bribery allegation. Likewise, hardened criminals could have been let loose by same.
“How dreadful it is when the right judge judges wrong!” This is by Sophocles. Would the Ghanaian situation be that: The right judges who judge wrong or the wrong judges who judge wrong? This is a period for serious reflection.
However, the exposé should be seen as Godsend and a watershed in the justice delivery system and also an opportunity for a housecleaning exercise to weed out the bad nuts in one of the 3 arms of government - the JUDICIARY. Furthermore, it would not be out of place to state that the watchdog role of the Fourth Estate of the Realm is very crucial in this exercise!
