  The gov. must embark on public education because many Ghanaians are very ignorant about many issues and this includes even the so called "educated" class. Regarding this case, our people do not understand what constitute "mental illness" and this explains why people with mental illness suffer abuses to the extreme. We need education on the value of the "vote", hygiene, healthy eating, sex, etc.
