Tubeless tyres don't burst suddenly like that. They don't blow like inner tube tyres. Some cars in Ghana still use inner tube tyres which are very unsafe. It is A shame that a government vehicle could have a malfunction tyre to kill a young man like this. Proper investigation is needed because the driver could be drunk, overspeeding, defective tyre or the bad nature of the road. All these point to the government's responsibility.
