Could you further remember that Acheampong and Rawlings used the mild IMF conditions under Busia and Liman respectively as justifications for overthrowing their governments deceitfully? Could you still remember that PNDC reintroduced the IMF and World Bank into the economy with more stringent conditionalitis after the coup without apologizing to Liman?
Why is Hassan Ayariah so bent on betraying Liman? Is it because he is unprincipled stomach politician?
