    What a shame Ghana Government! All along The Government is part of the electricity woes.
    What a country for a Government to collapse and bankrupt its' institutions.

    Exactly! This minister & his useless govt are going to privatise ECG because of management & financial failings, yet, they are the cause of it. These hypocrites should leave ECG to collect its debts.
