Locking up a company for unpaid taxes is not smart. The companies should be allowed to be in compliance by paying all taxes forward and an arrangement made to spread the arrears over a period of time, to enable them produce goods and services.

What is the objective of locking up these companies?
Locking up these companies will send their employees to the unemployment line. Who needs that in Ghana now.

Wisconsin is one of the states that make up the USA. It is, therefore, a foreign name in Ghana. Why do you have to name a university in Ghana a "Wisconsin University". The reason is simple: Ghanaians, just like other Africans, have no self-identity, no self-worth and no self-respect. Can't you find a name in your very rich culture and languages for a university? What a shame!

There are other names to use than Wisconsin.I don't even know why the President of Wisconsin university in the USA has not sent a note to this school in Ghana reminding them of violation of rules regarding patents.

Actually, it is "Wisconsin Universisity College". I think this Uni IS NOT AUTONOMOUS and is AFFILIATED to the Wisconsin Uni ITSELF. It will then mean that their DEGREE COURSES MUST have been approved by the PARENT UNI.

When you shut the uni down how do they pay? I have solution. Maintain a GRA official at the accounts dept. when the school receives money you take your cut. Very simple
