    I wish to draw your attention to the fact the fraudster may be a spiritualist but definitely not a herbalist as your title suggested. There is a clear distinction between the two.

    There's nothing on the law books regarding doubling of money and any laws requiring the individual doubling the money to adhere to. Further the spiritualist was solicited, not the other way round.
