I thought there would be other people involved too as well... blackmailing and extortion is a really heinous crime and the police should make sure the case goes to court. It looks like all them involved have some sort of connection and have started pulling strings. Make her an escape goat until Gyan himself pleads with the authorities to dismiss the case. The Ekow guy should still do some time for the possession of drugs as a punishment to have also masterminded the Gyans blackmailing case.

I was supporting Asamoah Gyan from the beginning of this case but it seems he has form a click with the police to intimidate the girl through his manager they have a scheme with the police to set up people to make the case looks like the girl is rather the criminal.

I believe their relationship was consensual but we were not there to say for a fact that it was consensual,it is he says,she says case but once there was sex we cannot be here blaming the girl,in a civil court Asamoah Gyan cannot get away,no matter how he tries to bribe his way,even this arrest and detention is also part of the emotional distress he has caused that girl.

Police should be careful the way they are handling the case making the victim to look like a criminal while the accused if walking free.

He was quick to jump into the midst of the case and claim he could produce the recorded Tapes of the said illegal sexual encounter between Asamoah Gyan and Sarah Kwabla.

So, if the whole case turns out to be a conspiracy to fabricate a coercion to extort money from the National Black Stars' Captain, then Lawyer Maurice Ampaw ought to be apprehended for his part in it.

It is strange how this megalomaniacal Lawyer glued himself to the case on the disappearance of Musician Castro, and claimed he had evidence that Asamoah Gyan was involved in a possible foul-play that resulted in Castro's loss.

Then, came Sarah Kwablah's accusation of Asamoah Gyan. And in jumps Maurice Ampaw, intending to take control of the case to prove the 'sins and crimes' of Asamoah Gyan once again.

So, why would Maurice Ampaw always run to take a leading role in any case that involves a charge or suspicion of Asamoah Gyan's wrongdoing?

Is the Lawyer motivated by the possibility of striking it big with leading to convict the Soccer Maestro and financially benefit immensely from it? Or, he has some longstanding grudge against Mr. Gyan that he wouldn't let go?

Whatever it is, I think this Ampaw Lawyer ought to be tamed by the Law. He does not seem to be behaving appropriately for his profession at all. If he is out for the Money, Celebrities must be wary of him.
