    Even if the government provides funds for research the outcome will be nothing. Funds provided for research are end up in diverted into individual pockets.

    The allocated funds will dwindle on the way, only a limited amount will get into the RIGHT HANDS who will also do some CHOP CHOP CHOP !!!!!!
