Call on Tony Yeboah, Asamoah and Sarpei and they will help you. Work harder than ever. For now, no German believes in you except those who bought you. So work hard to prove yourself to be accepted and be humble but with strong mind. Train harder than your colleagues and let them know you are hardworking. Please, abstain from women..if you have your one woman, stay with her and keep yourself fit for your job.
