Politicians are citizens of Ghana and will not stay away from this issue because this issue is a national and not NDC issue. It affects every Ghanaian and as such every Ghanaian whether he is a politician or not has the right to get involved in it since NDC has goofed 100% from start till this time. The doctors gave the NDC government notice way back as November 2014 and nothing was done about it until now. It is just a shame for this incompetent government of NDC to toil with the life of Ghanaians by refusing to come into settlement with these doctors who save lives. Even those so-called Presidential staffers at the presidency including Stan Dogbe whose job is to insult well meaning Ghanaians have a condition of service, why not doctors who save lives. Ghanaians will get involve in the issue whether NDC likes it or not. By the way, the way NDC government is handling this issue will bring down the government in 2016.

It has always been the trend in the P/NDC party to impose leaders on its members without passing through the proper channel, and consequently impose them on Ghanaians through massive electoral malpractices and outright rigging. Why can't the party open its leadership contests to all its members freely to allow a natural leader emerge democratically without the usual tricks in the party?
But, I blame the NDC sycophant and stomach politicians for failing to stand up for the truth, and demand that the long standing undemocratic culture of their party be changed when Mr. Martin Amidu raised the alarm three years ago. This was the time when Mr. Mahama secretly and hurriedly declared himself flag bearer of the party immediately after the death of President Mills to eliminate potential competitors. Soon after, he organized big parties at stadiums for sycophant members to rubber-stamp his decision fraudulently.

Mahmoud, your comment tells me you are a typical NPP supporter. You (typical NPP followers) don't understand democracy and you don't cherish the beauty of it. Yet you (the NPP) think you are the most democratic political party in the country. Right from 1992, I can even go as far back as 1957 (from independence), but I will stick with from 92 up to date, every elections the NPP have gone into and did not win were rigged. In other words they should be the only party to win any elections that take place in the country. And they and they only deserve to rule all the time.

Ghana doctors who work in state hospitals and clinics are greedy, political and inept and should be sacked if they renege on their threat to resign en bloc. The leadership of the doctors' Association(GMA)are members and/or sympathisers of the NPP who are carrying the party's agenda to make Ghana ungovernable before the elections in 20l6, which they are sure to win power to rule Ghana.
