So far the so-called NDC communications team are not doing their govt any good with their vulgar and unintelligent outbursts against the doctors as if this whole issue is a personality crisis between them and the doctors.
Their strategy of mobilizing and exploiting vulnerable ruffians for a few Cedis to hurl monosyllabic invectives at the doctors without any sensible in-put, is not only failing, but counter-productive. Simply put, it will not work. It is a negative strategy which thus far, is only re-emphasizing the widely held notion that the NDC leadership and support base is largely made up of buga-buga senseless unschooled people who like their Founder and Leader, harbour a deep-seated and spiteful dislike for successful people, hence the tirade against the doctors.
I really cannot for the life of me, understand why these NDC action troopers have been brainwashed to think that they can make a case against the doctors as being NPP sympathizers who simply want to create problems for the NDC govt. One must have as much IQ as a sardine to think like this. It just simply does not gel that all the couple of thousand doctors in this country belong to one particular political party. What nonsense too is this?
In fact, any doctor who has the time and the will engage in the circumlocutory and unproductive active politics in this country instead of attending to the more pressing problem of bridging the unacceptably wide doctor-to-patient ratio gap, must be a questionable doctor.
Time is running out and people are suffering and dying needlessly for the lack of medical attention. The govt must put on its thinking cap and deal with the problem instead of posturing in the manner of azorka boys. How low can a govt sink. Aba!

Soomui, I can agree with you in all that you say here, the illogical and senseless outbursts from these so called communicators, but you are forgetting that they have had quite a number of years to reduce the analytical and critical abilities of the majority of the Ghanaian populace.
They created an environment where emotions determine a lot of our choices instead of reason. You are hungry, someone is offering food now. Food that will last you, if you are lucky maybe a month, some will be able to make do everyday minimally, I hope you see what I mean. When someone is sick and suffering, making others suffer to provide care, do you think they care about why they are suffering.
If we are not careful we will end up doing exactly what they tell us to do, all of us. Because then we would have stood and watched it happen because of our apathy.
We need to understand that a journey of a thousand miles is started by the first step. Majority of us even though can analyze don't, why do we think its only the NDC or the NPP that can win an election, yes elections are won by numbers but the who makes up the numbers? Are we not the numbers? Are we not the ones that vote?
The PPP has come to take us away from this abyss that we are headed towards. We have a problem with our constitution and until and unless it is amended in a lot of ways we are going to be where we are.
Why is what is happening happening? Why are there strikes everywhere?
Why are teachers going on strike?
We must ask ourselves questions, the answers are there for us to see but we are refusing to see and hear because we think nobody will listen, yes they won't listen because they are hungry, but if you persist they will begin to listen. Lets start talking about the constitution, that is where our problem lies.
The PPP is here to make those changes happen.

"Dr Acquah, you claim you are a Surgeon in Germany, can you tell us if you enjoy all these benefits your colleagues in Ghana are demanding,"
Corney, does Doctors in United States work for the government apart from those that work at the Veteran hospitals? The same applies to Doctors in Germany.
You cannot compare the condition of service of Doctors working in Germany who mostly bill the insurance companies and work at hospitals mostly as independent contractors which Doctors in Ghana do not do.
In Ghana, almost 95% of Doctors working are government employees whilst that of USA where you live only about 2% of Doctors work as Employees of the government and in Germany less than 5% of Doctors work for government and they are paid well with retirement benefits including social security and pension funds which are a joke in Ghana.
Corney Doctors are not saying they don't want to pay taxes on all their imported cars but rather on one car each which the law grants immigrants who have lived in abroad for certain years also not to pay tax on one private car for personal use.
Government wants to control everything or else they should have sold all these government hospitals to multi mogul health organizations to operate with government funding national health insurance with citizens paying a yearly insurance bill. This will reduce government Employees and free the government from constant Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists and other health workers strikes.

As a matter of fact, some of the Doctors demands are outrageous so are the Politicians who earn more than these Doctors.
An Ndc Party Communicator or Presidential communicator enjoys more benefits than these Doctors and it is stupid for these idiots to go on air and insult these Doctors.
Government should rather negotiate with these Doctors behind closed doors and tell the Doctors the financial situation in Ghana cannot support their demands at this time and instead of what President Mahama did by telling the Doctors subtly that their demands will not be met and therefore they can either return to work or walk, that is not how a President should behave.

Sarpong,I know most doctors in these countries are not employed by the governments of these countries so your message should rather goes to the doctors and their supporters who are comparing their conditions to doctors in countries like the US,tell Dr Serebour how it works in these countries, not me,I'm above that message.
I wrote here last week that the government should rather allowed the hospitals autonomy to be responsible for employment of these doctors as it is here, even the university medical centers which are state institutions the doctors who work there are not government employees but employees of those hospitals.
That said,do you know if any of these doctors receiving free gas, uniform allowance and other incentives and do we expect a doctor in America been paid the same as a doctor in Ghana or enjoy the same benefits as some are comparing, how much is rent in Ghana as compare to US?
During Kufour's regime those were some of the words you used.
Now,I know you have economics background,so can you honestly say those demands are legitimate demands any government should give in to,leaving your party affiliation aside, can you honestly say it is okay to give them what they want?7
Why you think doctors should be allowed to clear one car free when you and I cannot do so and who told you the law grants immigrants who have lived abroad for certain years to clear one car tax free, can you tell me which law says that?
I would have loved to have that benefit like any other Ghanaian but there is nothing like that,I have lived outside Ghana for more than two decades and sent three cars so far to Ghana but did not enjoy any of those benefits,I sent a car last year and also this year but nothing like that,I had to pay for even personal belongings which in the past you could clear some for free but this time they say unless you hold Ghana passport.
We all need to get something cleared for free to avoid the outrageous tax in the country so we always check to know if we could do that but there is nothing like that.
We know the doctors used to enjoy that incentive but they were abusing that taking money from people to clear cars for them for free, hence the abolition of that benefit, according to what we heard.l

Sarpong Im sorry but you must think again.
The bottom line to the issue you raised about privatization is that, this our economy is not strong enough to undertake the kind of health insurance arrangements that imperialist exploitative countries with a lot of stolen wealth in their hands are doing. Even there in places like the US, Obama has had to step in with the Obamacare intervention to help most Americans to acquire healthcare which is largely inaccessible to them. And you want to duplicate this in Ghana? Come on! Wake the fuck up!
Even with the limited registered numbers of citizens with the NHIS in Ghana, Govt has not been able to give the necessary financial backing that it requires to make the whole thing work and run smoothly.
Sell govt hospitals to multi-mogul health organizations to operate??????? Where are you from? Mars? By the way, where do you live and excuse me but, what is the level of your education? Damn! Some of you guys are just simply annoying.
Even with the HIGHLY subsidized state health delivery infrastructure, less than 5% of Ghanaians are able to access these facilities at any level between the polyclinics and the specialist clinics in the major hospitals - even with the dysfunctional national Health system and all. Even if the health delivery institutions were to further reduce their charges to make it possible for all to access their services, we just dont have the personnel and sufficient institutions to handle the anticipated load. If you did not know this, well then welcome to the Third World.
Perhaps you think these your so-called multi-mogul health organizations are charitable organizations who will come here and set up to run either on fees that 98% of the population cannot pay or depend on frivolous insurance schemes that our incompetent govt cannot redeem the costs of? Forget it. Even if the entire membership of the small middle-class of Ghana were to be able to access private healthcare as you proposed, the private health institutions would still not be able to break-even on their initial investments. My friend just forget your fanciful capitalist dreams. Any under-developed society will as of necessity - and not choice, need to be socialist oriented if there is to be any long-lasting stability for proper growth and prosperity.
In 'under-developed' economies, privatization does not only mean handing over state institutions to incompetent exploitative private-sector 'operatives' who cannot build their own businesses from scratch, but it also implies handing over prime and potentially viable state institutions to foreigners because basically, we do not have a private sector in this country who have the financial muscle or the necessary up-market skills to take over and run some of the existing vast state institutions. Well sorry, 'I forgot myself'. Yes we do have thousands of petty traders and a few impetuous self-styled 'capitalists' and extremely wealthy men of God of dubious distinction and origin. If that is what perhaps you are depending on as the private sector in Ghana, well then, I wish you the best of luck.
Now to the issues that Corney my old friend raised. I believe that the sum total of the doctors demands - salaries, benefits and all, are all basically meant to alleviate the standard of living of our doctors. I think that they are even kind not be demanding a quarter of the kind of salaries that their colleagues who ungratefully copped-out to foreign countries after being sponsored and trained by the govt of Ghana, receive. What they are saying is that ok, we know our govt does not have the money to pay us what they pay themselves so just give us some tax concessions here and there and certain social privileges which may mean a lot to doctors as a whole but really will not put even a little a dent in the budget or economy, or push the back of govt against the wall.
In all fairness, I think that this is a very nice and intelligent approach to the whole issue and if unapologetic degenerate clowns like Stan Dogbe had not put his awkward foot in the process to derail the stability of the negotiations, everybody would have by now, quietly gone home peacefully and happily without a fuss.
Another thing we must keep in mind is that, for the peculiar nature of their jobs, doctors all over the world are pampered in the same way that we pamper our wives and husbands in our homes. And we had better take a cue from that stance and pamper our doctors if we want to keep our arses clean and in order.
There are many advanced countries that are desperately looking for English-speaking doctors who they will gladly and without a sweat, pay quadruple the amount of salary that the highest paid public servant in Ghana receives. If, touch-wood, the govt continues to behave childishly about this whole thing and our doctors are compelled to stand by their word and resign en bloc next week, I bet you, they will all be in much better paying jobs abroad within six months. And here in Ghana we will still be running around in circles trying to figure out what went wrong, who did or did not do what and trying without success to recruit doctors who we might have to pay four times the salary that we refused to pay our own doctors.
Many of our doctors working in Ghana under unbelievably inconvenient conditions, are under considerable stress not to turn their backs on their own country in spite of the alluring benefits that will revolutionize their lives forever if they should 'jump ship'. It is said that there are more Ghanaian trained doctors plying their trade in New York alone, than those practicing in the whole of Ghana. I believe that both of you Corney and Sarpong have similarly jumped ship and selfishly turned your backs on your own country. Meanwhile you have the audacity and the nerve to criticize others who are sacrificing to do their best here under very trying conditions.
We really cannot afford to fool around with this issue, the way the govt seems to be doing. We are actually, in our usual lackadaisical and devil-may-care attitude, heading towards a looming disaster in the same way that we did with our electricity and water infrastructure. But I guess it will not be until the shit hits the roof that the govt will begin to smell pepper. And by then it will be too late to make amends.

WHEN THE JOINT-NEGOTIATION WAS IN PROGRESS FOR ALL PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS ON THE SSPP POLICY, THE THESE PEOPLE WITHDREW FROM THE FORUM AND DEMANDED TO NEGOTIATE SEPARATELY AGAINST THE RULES BUT THE FW &SC AND GOVERNMENT STRANGELY ACCEPTED THEIR DEMAND.
TODAY THE DOCTORS ARE USING THAT ACTIONS TO JUSTIFY THEIR ILLEGAL STRIKE.

Dr Opoku Adusei and his Associates are insensitive to the plight of the nation. Are they not trying to aggravate the economic situation by their demand? Every one knows that the gov't is finding it difficult to accept their demand because of the present economic situation, yet, GMA and Opoku Adusei have embarked on strike to force it to give in. And if this action has no connection to politics; what else has? The greater majority of people in Ghana and abroad know that GMA are in bed with NPP. Their strike action is one within the NPP strategy to make the gov't unpopular in the quest to win power. They are on record to make the country ungovernable under NDC and they are doing all they can to achieve their aim. They don't believe in patriotism; they believe in personal aggrandizement.

THEREFORE IT IS MY RESPECTFUL AND HUMBLE APOLOGY TO THOSE WHO MAY OR MIGHT MISCONSTRUED MY PERSONAL STORY AS FOLLOWS:
"
IT IS THEREFORE AT THESE RELATED BACKDROPS THAT I WILL LIKE TO SHARE MY OWN RELATED PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WHEN I WAS IN FORM 2 AT KPEDZE SECONDARY SCHOOL AS FOLLOWS:
" THAT THE SHORT AND GIST OF MY STORY WAS THAT WHEN I WAS IN FORM 2 AT KPEDZE SECONDARY SCHOOL THAT WE WERE REQUESTED TO GO FOR OUR SCHOOL FEES AND THAT UNTIL THE SCHOOL FEES WERE PAID IN FULL THAT THOSE STUDENTS WHO DID NOT PAY THEIR FEES IN FULL NOT TO RETURN TO THE SCHOOL. THAT I WENT TO MY LATE FATHER THEOPHILUS AMU KOMLA AMEKUDZI FOR THE SCHOOL FEES AND MY LATE FATHER EXPRESSED THE DESIRE TO PAY THE FEES AND THEREFORE WROTE A LETTER AND GAVE IT TO ME TO GIVE TO THE LATE HEADMASTER THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY THE SCHOOL FEES AT THE END OF THE MONTH AND THEREFORE THE LATE HEADMASTER TO CONSIDER ME TO BE ATTENDING THE SCHOOL TILL THE END OF THE MONTH. THAT SURPRISINGLY, WHEN I GAVE THE LETTER TO THE LATE HEADMASTER, HE NEVER EVEN OPENED THE LETTER TO READ AND TO KNOW THE CONTENTS BUT TEARED THE LETTER AND THE ENVELOPE IN MY PRESENCE AND SENT ME BACK TO COLLECT THE FEES AND ALSO INTIMATED THAT "AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO CONSIDERATION".
THAT WHEN I RETURNED TO MY LATE FATHER AND INFORMED HIM OF WHAT TRANSPIRED THAT MY LATE FATHER JUST BROKE INTO TEARS AND STARTED CRYING IN MY PRESENCE AND SAID THAT "OH! THE LATE HEADMASTER DID NOT TRUST HIM THAT HE WAS GOING TO PAY THE MONEY AT THE END OF THE MONTH !"
IN FACT, SINCE THAT DAY AND EVEN NOW AS I SEND THIS E-MAIL TEARS STARTED FLOWING FROM EYES AND I SAW CLEARLY FATHERLY LOVE FOR HIS CHILD".
IT IS IN THE LIGHT OF ABOVE THAT I LEARNED AND DREW STRONG MORAL LESSONS OF WHAT "WORDS, ACTIONS AND DEMEANORS" CAN OR COULD REALLY DO TO SHOW A REAL SIGNS OF "LOVE, AFFECTION AND DEEP SEATED UNDERSTANDING OF SITUATIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES, THERETO AND TO HELP COOL DOWN TEMPERS FROM FLARING AND FINALLY BRINGS MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE REAL ISSUES AT STAKE.
IT IS THEREFORE MY FERVENT AND HUMBLE PRAYER THAT H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA TO RESPECTFULLY CONSIDER TO REVISIT THE MEDICAL DOCTORS STRIKE ACTION ISSUE AND ALL OTHER RELATED ISSUES AS "A FATHER AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF" TO HELP IGNITE THE ENGINE OF TRUST AND HOPE.

John Dramani Mahama PSCPresident John Mahama
The unyielding stance by President John Mahama not to pay a dime beyond what has been budgeted for as wages, allowances and salaries for public sector workers has angered striking doctors and allied health service workers.
Deputy General Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association, Dr Justice Yankson has refused to comment on the president's latest remark except to say "I will respect my person and will not get into a banter with the president."
He would rather go into petty trading than be forced to return to the consulting room without acceptable conditions of service.
Addressing members of the Ghana Registered Midwives Association, GRWA at the launch of their 80th anniversary in Accra, president John Mahama said "Any agreements that are reached in respect of allowances or conditions of services would have to be appropriately captured in the budget."
"And I want to say for emphasis I will not authorize any expenditure on wages and compensation not provided for in the budget."
He does not want to break the spine of the Single Spine Salary Structure.
But the doctors are unfazed by the president's position on the matter. If anything, they are angry and have decided to carry through with their strike and possibly mass resignation.
Dr Justice Yankson told Joy News Matilda Wemegah they will withdraw emergency services on August 7, 2015 as they intensify a one-week strike action which has seen them withdraw OPD services.
They are preparing to resign en masse if their demands for conditions of service are not provided. In a move that will leave patients on bended knees, resident medical officers and house officers at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital have, after emergency meetings, today, given their full backing to the striking doctors.
They are also threatening to join the striking doctors.
The House officers normally handle minor cases in the absence of the doctors.
Meanwhile, labour expert Mohammed Affum has chided the president for the comment he made.
"If the posture of the president continues a lot of lives will be lost," he said on Joy FM's Top Story with Evans Mensah.

SUBJECT:IT IS A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT HUMAN HEALTH AND MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS IMPORTANCE "PARI PASSU" CANNOT BE OVER-EMPHASIZED OR UNDER-ESTIMATED.
THAT THE SAME IS ALSO EQUALLY TRUE OF THE IMPORTANCE OF STATE ATTORNEYS AND DISPENSATIONS OF JUSTICE AND PROTECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THE RULE OF LAW CANNOT BE UNDER-ESTIMATED OR OVER-EMPHASIZED, THERETO.
IT IS THEREFORE IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE RELATED ASSERTIONS THAT A GREATER RESPONSIBILITIES ARE IMPOSED ON THE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS , THE STATE ATTORNEYS AND THE GOVERNMENT OF GHANA TO FIRST TAKE A SOBER REFLECTIONS THAT "A LIFE LOST THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OF BOTH SIDES IS IRREPLACEABLE AND PREVENTION OF ADJUDICATION OF JUSTICE THAT STULTIFIED JUSTICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE", THERETO.
THAT IT CLEARLY AND OBVIOUSLY IMPOSED A REASONABLE DUTY OF CARE ON ALL SIDES AND STAKEHOLDERS TO ADOPT QUICKLY AND IMMEDIATELY A STRATEGY OF DIALOGUE TO RESOLVE THE IMPASSE AND NEITHER "STRIKES ACTIONS NOR RESIGNATIONS PANACEA TO THE PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES THAT BEQUEATHED BOTH MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AND THE STATE ATTORNEYS" THERETO.
THAT THE ISSUES AT STAKES ARE VERY SERIOUS AND VERY SENSITIVE THAT BEHOOVES ON ALL SIDES TO APPROACH THE ISSUES WITH HUMAN RELATED FACE TAKING A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO RESOLVE THE MATTERS IN CONTROVERSIES AND NOT TO RESORT TO ANY RELATED "HARD LINE STRATEGY APPROACH" BUT TO CONSIDER THE ISSUES IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF HUMANITY, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CONSEQUENCES AND TO HELP BUILD A CONCESSIONS DECISIONS APPROACH MECHANISM AND STRATEGY OF "GIVE AND TAKE", THERETO.
IT IS A FACTUAL REALITY OF FACT THAT THESE RELATED PROFESSIONALS ACTUALLY NEED TO BE WELL REMUNERATED AND GIVEN LUCRATIVE CONDITIONS OF SERVICE BUT TO "FACTOR IN THE REALITY OF THE ECONOMY BASED UPON AFFORDABILITY TO PAY AND TO BALANCED SAME WITH THE AFFORDABILITY OF THE STANDARDS OF QUALITY OF LIVING IN THE COUNTRY".
THAT THIS RELATED ADVOCACY TO HELP MEDIATE THE IMPASSE OF OUR DEAR PROFESSIONALS, THAT IS, THE MEDICAL DOCTORS AND STATE ATTORNEYS ARE BASED ON THE DISCIPLINE OF THE THEORY OF "REALITY OF FACTS OF CIRCUMSTANCES PREVAILING IN GHANA AND NOT ON "IDEALISTIC CIRCUMSTANCES", THERETO.
THAT TO TAKE THE "IDEALISTIC APPROACH MECHANISM" THAT IT IS IDEALISTICALLY FACTUAL TRUTH THAT OUR DEAR MEDICAL DOCTORS AND STATE ATTORNEYS DULY DESERVED TO BE ADEQUATELY REMUNERATED AND ALSO TO BE WELL RESOURCED GRANTED THAT THE ECONOMY OF GHANA IS VERY PROSPEROUS AND VERY VIBRANT, THERETO.
HOWEVER, TAKING COGNIZANCE OF "THE REALISTIC CIRCUMSTANCES PREVAILING WITH THE ECONOMY OF GHANA THAT GHANA ECONOMY FACING SOME REAL FACTUAL CHALLENGES THEN IT QUICKLY CALLS TO A REASONABLE MINDSETS OF REASONABLE PROFESSIONALS TO ALSO ADOPT REALISTIC APPROACH BASED UPON THE PRINCIPLE OF "GIVE AND TAKE" TO HELP ALL THE STAKE HOLDERS TO REACH REASONABLE CONSENSUS BUILDING TO COME OUT WITH DECISIONS THAT WILL BE ACCEPTABLE TO ALL THE STAKE HOLDERS BASED ON MUTUAL TRUSTS AND RESPECT FOR EACH OTHERS, THERETO.
BUT THESE RELATED APPROACH STRATEGY ENTAILS GREATER RESPONSIBILITY ON GOVERNMENT OF GHANA AND POLITICAL PUBLIC OFFICE HOLDERS TO ALSO BE FISCAL AND MONETARY SELF DISCIPLINED, THERETO.
THAT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT "THE NEGOTIATIONS SHOULD BE BASED ON MUTUAL TRUST AND MUTUAL RESPECT FOR EACH OTHERS AND TO DESIST FROM MAKING INFLAMMATORY STATEMENTS AND REMARKS AGAINST EACH OTHERS, THERETO.
THAT IT REQUIRES THE IN-DEPTH QUALITIES OF WISDOM , UNDERSTANDING, GOODWILL AND GOOD FAITH TO ABIDE THE NEGOTIATIONS AND IT IS MY FERVENT PRAYER THAT MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING WILL PREVAIL AND MUTUAL ACCEPTABLE DECISIONS WILL BE REACHED SO THAT OUR DEAR MEDICAL DOCTORS AND THE STATE ATTORNEYS WILL CALL OFF THEIR RELATED STRIKES ACTIONS, THERETO.
THAT IT IS ALSO MY RESPECTFUL AND CANDID SUBMISSION AND APPEAL TO OUR DEAR MEDICAL DOCTORS TO PAUSE AND TO TAKE A SOBER REFLECTIONS OF THE CONDITIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE HUGE NUMBER OF PATIENTS ABANDONED AT THE VARIOUS HOSPITALS, POLY-CLINICS, HEALTH CENTERS AND ALL OTHER THAT ARE HELPLESS AND NEED MEDICAL HELP AND ATTENTION TO SURVIVE THEIR HEALTH RELATED CIRCUMSTANCES, THERETO.
THAT OUR DEAR MEDICAL DOCTORS AND GOVERNMENT OF GHANA "WHAT DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO SAY TO THEM AS ANSWERS TO THE ABOVE RHETORIC QUESTIONS?"
THAT TO OUR DEAR STATE ATTORNEYS THAT THE ACCUSED PERSONS THAT YOU PUT INTO REMAND CUSTODY AWAITING THEIR TRIALS WHO ARE ALSO DEEM "INNOCENT" SINCE THEIR RESPECTIVE SIDES OF THEIR STORIES ARE NOT YET HEARD BUT ARE IN PRISON CUSTODY AND THEIR CASES TO BE CONTINUED TO BE ADJOURNED JUST BECAUSE OF THE STRIKE ACTION, THERETO, AND ALSO ALL THE CASES THAT ARE STULTIFIED AT THE COURTS OF GHANA THAT ALSO STULTIFIED THE DISPENSATIONS OF JUSTICE AND THE RULE OF LAW THAT BEHOOVES ON ALL OF US TO ACT TOGETHER TO HELP RESOLVE THE IMPASSE QUICKLY, TIMELY AS AT NOW AND NOW TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE THEREFORE "LET US REASON TOGETHER TO FIND REASONABLE SOLUTIONS TO THE DICEY ISSUES AT STAKES, THERETO.
THAT THERE IS A WISDOM SAYING THAT "A STITCH IN TIME SAVES NINE" AND THE TIME IS NOW TO COME TOGETHER AND TO REASON TOGETHER TO HELP RESOLVE THE IMPASSE, THERETO.
THEREFORE, IT IS MY RESPECTFUL AND HUMBLE SUBMISSION TO OUR DEAR MEDICAL DOCTORS, STATE ATTORNEYS AND GOVERNMENT OF GHANA THAT "IF THERE IS ANY RELATED TIME IN PARTICULAR AND PARTICULAR TIME TO HELP RESOLVE THE IMPASSE AND TO FIND A REASONABLE SOLUTIONS TO THE IMPASSE THEN THE TIME AND THE MOMENT IS NOW, THERETO".
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.

If you have gone on a senseless strike in advance of negotiations that will have effect in 2016 what do you want us to term it?It is pure politics but your plans will fail. You have wind of the numerous projects the president will be commissioning soon so your intentions are to water it down. tell your pay masters that they should sit in Accra and blackmail govt, people are getting good road, water, electricity in the hinterland. Useless bunch of people. You can resign now and hand over the keys to your flats. Do not also go for your august salaries because you do not deserve it

Dr. Adusei, do you mind these stupid ndc people whose stock in trade is lies and insults? Stupid gang of criminals. They always parade fools who have no image to insult the good people in the land. They believe that the level headed people with dignity cannot go down the drainage with them. So they always take advantage and foolishly misbehave. All of us need to let them know that they are too stupid and enough is enough. Mahama himself cannot compare himself with one doctor, except that he has fraudulently become a president. Idiots.

Compare the salary and benefits a doctor working in a district hospitsl gets versus that of a CEO. The CEO gets his/her job because he/she campaigned for the president not necessarily bcos he has the brains to do anything.CEOS gave at least two vehicles. CEOs have one SUV and saloon car all fueled by govrnment. The live in govt housing or get housing allowance. They are paid higher than doctors. A doctor will be lucky to build a house in 10 years. CEOs build houses in two or three years. Before you condemn the doctors, first quantify what the doctors get. You will be amazed.
