    May be a classroom facility will be appropriate. However this is a good effort from a private source and not government source. It is commendable.

    What happened to the windows, ceiling, paint, floors, etc?

    It's certainly more modern and infinitely better than sitting under a mango tree, but let's not call this complete.

    A man single handedly put up the building and gave them TLMs so you can as well go and fix the ceiling, windows, etc, don't you think??
