    I am informed there is no conflict in the Northern Region. People are just defending themselves so it okay. At least, that is what the interior minister want us to believe....and he is still at post!

    This is an attempt topass the buck. Conflicts are presently created by political polization. Stop the politics you play on Dev and on people ands conflicts will be past.
