    WEST BLUE IS NOT VODAFONE AND CAN NEVER BE VODAFONE. VODAFONE DECIDED NOT TO GO INTO NIGERIA, NOT BECAUSE THEY FAILED. THEY DID NOT GO INTO NIGERIA, PERIOD. SOMEONE IS TRYING TO REWRITE BUSINESS HISTORY HERE.
