    BALDERDASH! TRYING TO HOODWINK US.. LAW OF TORT. ONCE THERE IS AN AGREEMENT VERBAL OR WRITTEN, WHETHER MONEY OR NO MONEY INVOLVED, AND IN THIS CASE AN ASSET IS EVEÑ INVOLVED IT IS A CONTRACT AND BINDING.

    Good point. Personally, I do not accept that the only people in GH who can operate the equipment are E&P workers. I believe the plan was always to pass the equipment to E&P through subterfuge.

    Mahama could be assisting government which is all well and good but the reason for registering government equipment in his company's name does not jell. Why couldn't the equipment be registered in the name of government?
