    Apologizing and yet still, nothing will change, people still remain in the dark. I don't know how Ghanaians continue to put up with this nonsense.

    When did the ECG start rendering apologies ? Ndc propaganda. Fix the problem and stop the concert party. Rather they would do anything to steal an election. Vampires, devils and thieves.
