Whilst I agree with you that the police force is corrupt, there's no doubt that the failure to bring this man to book is due to political corruption & abuse of political power. Maybe he knows too much. NDC protect their own.

Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu is not just highly competent and intelligent but very honest and incorruptible.He is uncompromising and fearless in pursuing justice.I cannot hide my admiration for this principled and truthful young lawyer who is changing the course of humanity in the interest of the poor and deprived in a country where the judiciary is largely corrupt and highly susceptible to monetary inducement.Many have suffered grave injustice in this country because the contemporary Ghanaian lawyer is most unprofessional and most unethical.The justice system in this country is highly selective in the interest of the rich and powerful much to the detriment of the poor who cannot bribe and have no links with a powerful politician or public figure.Francis Xavier made a mistake by defending a case of paternity in Takoradi in the interest of a lady who was excessively immature,irresponsible and promiscuous to the extent of flirting with the fiancee's boss.The lady in question eventually got the ex-fiancee'(a medical practitioner) sacked from the Ghana Health Service as a result of her relationship with his boss at Effia Nkwanta Regional hospital.The lady with inherent hatred for the young doctor because of an abortive relationship earlier told the doctor's junior sister she was capable of causing his dismissal from work.She was subsequently seen moving with his boss and frequently visiting him in his office and house.It was his boss,RICHARD ANTHONY,the HOD for internal medicine,Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital who orchestrated his dismissal by fraudulently implicating him with a mental illness.The young doctor and his boss were initially very good friends but became sworn enemies because of the lady.If all lawyers were like Francis Xavier,the grave injustice people suffer in the midst of excessive corruption will not be entertained.It would have been of great value to Ghana's defunct judiciary.

I don't believe the police administration will cover up for this stupid junior officer, if there is evedence of defilement then definitely he will be dealt with, he is too Small to hold the entire police service to ransom
