    Isn't it strange that the boxes are marked 'Not For Sale' and teachers are advised to purchase those. What other options do they have and why should they PURCHASE the ones marked 'Not For Sale'. By the way Naana Opoku-Agyeman ...

    Just normal behaviour for the Greedy Education Service. Theft and corruption are rampant in the three northern regions. Corruption, corruption, corruption and more corruption. And when someone is caught, blame the victim.
