  Good that you seek the blessings of J.H. Mensah, a protege of Kwame Nkrumah, who understands what development plan means. J.H. Mensah in the 60s was the youngest economist among the architects of economists who put the SYDP in place.
  
  IF YOU DON'T PLAN THEN YOU PLAN TO FAIL.
  
  One thing though that must be considered in order not to deviate from the core programme is to Segment the 40 years plan into four decades with each decade having ist core Programme and adjustment only made when Technology and circumstances of that era demands.
  
  All political parties must make it an obligation and adhere to it. If necessary the 40 years development plan must be ingrained or imbedded in our constitution. Long Live Maame/Daavi Ghana in unity, prosperity, freedom and justice.
