  Hi good initiative by USAID, the same thing was done for the Gambia Sole Fishery in efforts to attain MSC Eco-label certificate.
  
  My advice to Ghanian fisher folks is that The vision set out for the pelagic fishery is noble, and you should all with immediacy support this idea. my observation is that, this may called for the development of pelagic management plan.
