While he should be encouraged appropriately to continue turning down bribes, we still need to be critical of blindly applauding people in power for turning down bribes. Better yet, we need a better system of checks and balance such that it will not be easy to accept and hide bribes. His comment exposes the fact that the GFA does not have good policies in this regard and need to be fixed. Just my 2 cents.
