Seems the president has understood what is brewing up on the Cocoa front in this country. However, sweet talk will not bring the sector back on track. Reforms are necessary that completely revise agronomic practices and focus on giving the farmer a fair share of the revenues. Motivation of the individual young generation farmer has been neglected for too long. The system needs to be fundamentaly revised as they did in Ivory Coast.
