    I totally disagree with amount of punishment imposes on wee smokers. How is people spending yrs in prison for smoking wee? But yet the corrupt politicians get away wit embezzlement is a natural herb!

    Homo sexuality and wee smoking are out of our culture and can never be legalized in Africa, and in India, China, Japan and other countries that hold firm to their cultural practices.
