    Prof, you have to accept the blame and find solution and measures to prevent reoccurrences in future. WAEC & MOE must be blamed for the leakages of exams papers.

    This leakages is not the first time and would not be the least since 1992, I have never trusted WAEC for what I experienced back than. Brothers never trust the system whilst man is in charge.
