Education is very good but if you put too much emphasis on paper qualification you'll failed.This man failed miserably bcos of the folly of our society thinking with so many titles without experience he'll make it.

When I establish my bank (soon), that role would be carried out by trained JHS graduates. Second degree holders (very essential) would be doing strategic thinking, policy formulation and innovation. How can I pay a post graduate degree holder just to count money? Because of their role (under employment) they are paid peanuts so they beging to think of "smart" ways to make money. I will pay such staff (just a few) plenty money (they deserve it). The teller staff(JHS) will not ask for so much as they know their level. I will, therefore, save for more investment.

As for problem solving, they are just wanting. They are big during funerals and at the drinking spots, loudest talkers. With all these qualifications he still managed to collapse the NHIA, putting into bankruptcy.

I agree, Sylvester Mensah's Diplomas are all chaff, except the Legon one. Even then, with all his too-known, the fact that he read Diploma in Public Administration at Legon before going for the B.Sc.(Admin)from the same university indicates that his 'A'-Level grades were so bad they could not qualify him to read a bachelor's degree at Legon. Again the MBA from Leicester is something he must have taken here in Ghana. Those with those overseas degrees taken off-campuses have been going round looking for people to write their Dissertations for them. I believe somebody wrote the too-known Sylvester's for him. The guy is daft, pretending to be an academic and intellectual colossus-tweaa. Bad 'A'-Level grades is proof of daftness.
