When will the USELESS NDC PARTY educate her ignorant followers about what HIPC is? In Ghana, it is only the USELESS NDC that has been messing up our economy and landing us into A HIGHLY INDEBTED POOR COUNTRY status. After 19 years of useless rule by the NDC, Rawlings and Kwesi Botchweh gave us HIPC. KUFOUR WENT FOR A LOAN SET ASIDE FOR COUNTRIES THAT ARE HIPC, to get the country back on her feet. So, for all the illiterate and ignorant followers of NDC, NPP has never taken Ghana to HIPC; get this clear. FIIFI KWETEY, the charlatan economist must explain this to all of you illiterate and ignorant NDC followers.

The core word is "USEFULNESS".For now most Ghanaians don't feel the importance of that house considering the huge amount being spent on them.For some of us we would even prefer stones,cows & goats etc to represent us.

NPP, you have carried Democracy too far. Even a student can unseat an incumbent MP. What happened in the NPP was an extension of their "politics of protest", which they carried over from actions against the Govt the Govt to actions against any one remotely connected to the machinery of Govt, including their own MPs. Every body in the system is seen as corrupt, over due and should be replaced. In this scheme, the youth are most welcome never mind what they would bring to the august house, the main objective is to get the incumbent out.

Go and see how Prez Mahama of Ghana has transformed Gonjaland with Ghana money just within the two and half years that he has been in power. Every town, village and hamlet in Gonjaland has received a facelift with new facilities such as roads, toilet facilities, markets, mosques, good quality water projects, electricity extension projects, etc. The question is did J. J. Rawlings do the same thing to Voltarians when he was in power for twenty years? What about Atta Mills. The good old Prof was in power for three and a half years yet he was not selfish to only concentrate on his people in Ekumfi Etuam and the central Region but rather his whole thought was for the general good. No wonder under the care of Prez Mills, Ghana achieved a growth rate of 11%, single digit inflation and the smooth implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy where newly recruited police personnel received the nominal equivalence of 500dollars as monthly salary. Compare these achievements to the nepotism and selfish policies of the Mahama government that has crippled the Ghanaian economy. I really weep for Ewes and Fantis whose votes brought Mahama to power and yet are the hardest hit by the current hardship prevailing in the country.

People who have taken their positions in parliament as carreer legislators should now think well to refrain from this belief,and plan well for their future while in Parliament.Many Parliamentarians like Hon-- on the Government bench has been in Parliament since he left law school and call himslf Robert Mugabe of Ghana, yes Mugabe indeed,because NDC believes in one party system and does not give chance to the youth to become MPs unless there was no representative at that constituency.NPP has shown maturity in democracy indeed and has also thought the menbers of Parliament at both sides to work hard for the benefit if their people who voted them to the August house also to seek their interest but not only the status quo.
