    Thinking technology at his advanced age to alter the course of water permanently whilst far younger leaders are talking and doing more demolition to allow the water to flow along its "natural" waterways, unregulated.

    The stats prove that Kuffour was able to halt the flooding when he was in power. NDC have refused to plan. The Accra gutters are choked.

    And what did kuffour do about the floods in his tenure of office? kuffour, mahatma, Nanak Addo they all sound the same with their empty talk. Ghanaians need practical and concrete solutions and not the empty vague talk.

    If proper drainage system and adequate levies are put in place.. I don't see any challenges behind tackling flooding..here we have goveremt and past government who has no idea of solving the nation's issue
