    There are already recycling plants in Ghana but you don't do anything with them?

    Is dis not d same EPA Boss who was giving permits left right centre for filling stations to be erected every where? So he woke up one day n realised he had a solution to end our energy crises? Ejawaadwo.

    Action is what we need not talking, firstly forcing the universities in the country to gradually produce their own energy will be a good example for others to follow,
