    Ghana has been at the forefront of nuclear research in Africa for years. This was something Kwame Nkrumah's set up.

    The way things go in Ghana a standard nuclear power plant will require 50 years of planning and another 25 for construction with a cost of 10 to 50 times what's necessary due to 4 generations of corrupt officials.
