1. Obviously if the bodies couldn't be identified, DNA would have to be performed, did this need a government directive?

2. Whether 152 or 200 people died does not lessen the fact that people lost their lives in a tragedy that could have been prevented. Are the lives of the 152 less important than if there had been 200?

hmmm, when this man gives directives, you have to take it with a pinch of salt...for all you know all the hospitals are not even aware or do not even have the materials to do the job...:-)
